Are you aware that there is something you can do to strengthen your immune system? People who help support their immune system are usually pleasantly surprised how they are able to continue to go to work or school, without needing to take time off. I'll share what we usually do in my family. This works best if started at first signs or when exposed to environmental threats. Vitamin C plays an important role in maintaining proper immune function. And, during times when the immune system needs extra help, we try to take a chewable frequently while awake. Vitamin D also helps to strengthen the immune system. We take extra vitamin D when seasonal threats are high and we are out in the sun less, and will often take a little more when needed. On Guard Protective blend is helpful everyday for supporting healthy immune function and protecting against environmental threats. During high threat season, we will apply a drop or two to the bottoms of the feet each night. When we start to feel like our immune system needs some help, we will take it internally as well. We may also use oregano essential oil on the bottoms of the feet. We are careful to use only a drop of oregano and dilute it with 3 drops fractionated coconut oil. Staying hydrated is of course important. You can check your hydration status when you go to the bathroom. I encourage you to do your own research, and take what you want and leave the rest.
